Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all customers and team members.
- Lead and develop a team of baristas and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, schedule shifts, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality coffee and products.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the coffeehouse's brand and events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Requirements
- 3 years retail / customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
Qualifications
- Minimum High School or GED Requirements
- Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

Pay
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
You will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
