Store Manager - Longview Mall
About the Role
As the ultimate Pandora Fan, the Store Manager will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product while taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. The Store Manager will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. - Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance.
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Build your network and inspire to bring the best talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve any performance issues and policy violations.
- Utilize your brilliance across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience, guaranteeing the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
- Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
- Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
- At least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.

Pay
$55,200.00 - $69,000.00 commensurate with experience.

The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
