Responsibilities

• Manage, Monitor, and Support Store Operations
• Implement plans and processes to achieve Sales and Profit Objectives
• Build relationships within the local community including Civic Organizations, Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking Groups
• Attend community functions representing your business
• Meet with small business fleets in service area to offer programs to enhance business
• Hire, coach and develop top talent to maintain a high performance sales & service team
• Ensure a Positive Customer Experience
• Control Expenses, Manage Inventory / Protect Assets

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of basic automotive services
• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Able to develop and implement a successful Business Growth Plan for location
