We're seeking a Store Manager to provide hands-on leadership at a Jiffy Lube location. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and motivate store teammates to meet operational objectives
• Drive store financial performance and guest service to meet or exceed company goals
• Ensure a safe, energetic, and fun working environment for all team members

Requirements

• Stable work history in a physical environment with management experience
• Current and valid driver's license

Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
