Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals.
• Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

Requirements

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience preferred (not required).
• Stable work history in a physical environment with management experience (training provided).
• Current and valid driver's license required.
