We are seeking a talented Store Manager to provide hands-on leadership at a Jiffy Lube location. Jiffy Lube is America’s leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals.
• Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

Requirements

• Stable work history in a physical environment with management experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
