About the role

The Store Manager, Issuing is responsible for overseeing the distribution and inventory management processes within the Dangote Industries Limited stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution and inventory management processes within the stores.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding product availability and quality.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail operations or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in managing inventory and distribution systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
