Store Manager (Indeed Event)

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. To prepare you for success, we provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)

Work Environment

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Additional physical requirements include:

• Preparing hot and cold foods, using Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment while working quickly without losing accuracy
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to four hours
• Reaching across countertops measured at 36 inches to serve customers
• Working in hot kitchens with high noise levels and limited storage space
• Adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Managing conflicts and difficult situations
• Effective verbal communication skills
