Store Manager (Indeed Event)

About the role

As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of your home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)

Work Environment

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Specific physical demands include:

• Preparing hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment (including Chinese cook knives), and working quickly without losing accuracy
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to four hours and reaching across countertops measured at 36 inches
• Working in a fast-paced, high-noise, hot kitchen environment with limited storage space and high shelving

Pay

Pay range: $32 per hour – $35 per hour. Within this range, individual pay is determined using factors such as work location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee of bonus earnings and reserves the right to change or terminate bonus programs at any time.
