Store Manager (Indeed Event)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Drive store success through leadership and operational excellence

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)

Physical Requirements

• Work in counter areas that are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors
• Workspace is restricted; generally expected to remain standing for long periods
• Prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment, work quickly without losing accuracy
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand up to four hours continuously
• Reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers
• Work in kitchens that are hot with high noise levels; limited storage space and high shelving
• Function in a fast-paced environment with effective verbal communication skills
• Adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Manage conflicts and difficult situations

Pay

Pay Range: $30 per hour – $33 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee that any associate will earn any bonus and reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of its bonus programs at any time, with or without advance notice.
