Store Manager (Indeed Event)
About the Role
As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. To prepare you for success, we provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)
Work Environment
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Key physical demands include:
- Preparing hot and cold foods, using Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment while working quickly and accurately
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across countertops measured at 36 inches to serve customers
- Working in hot, noisy kitchens with limited storage space and high shelving
Employees must also demonstrate:
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
