About the role
Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our community.
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Manage operations including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home
- Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and confined workspace
- Effective verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations
