About the Role
As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of your home
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)
Work Environment
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted, and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods. Key physical demands include:
- Preparing hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment, including Chinese cook knives
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across countertops (36 inches high) to serve customers
- Working in hot, noisy kitchens with limited storage and high shelving
