Responsibilities

• Operate a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences

Skills

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
• Ability to work in hot, noisy, fast-paced environments with limited storage space
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments with changing priorities
• Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, reach across 36-inch counter tops

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs

Physical demands

Counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high.
