About the role
As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will receive 8 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of your home
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)
Work Environment
- Counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors
- Workspace is restricted; employees are expected to remain standing for long periods
- Must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment (e.g., Chinese cook knife), and work quickly without losing accuracy
- Must lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across 36-inch countertops
- Kitchens are hot and noisy; storage space is limited with high shelving
- Fast-paced environment with changing priorities; requires effective verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills
