Store Manager (Indeed Event)
About the Role
Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
Training
To prepare you for success, we provide an 8-week or more store leadership training program, along with paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Serve Safe certification preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts/difficult situations
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for up to 4 hours
- Reach across countertops measured at 36 inches
- Work in a hot and noisy kitchen environment with limited storage space
Pay
Pay Range: $28 per hour - $31 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
