Store Manager (Indeed Event)

About the Role

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee day-to-day store operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)

Physical Demands & Work Environment

While performing duties, employees are expected to:

• Stand for long periods of time (up to 4 hours)
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy kitchen environment
• Have effective verbal communication skills and ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations
