About the Role
Our Store Managers are integral to the success of the HOKA Brand. As a Store Manager, you attract, develop, and motivate a passionate team. You regularly share the HOKA Brand values, vision, and mission with your team members and actively create a culture of trust and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop your team through recruiting, training, and coaching to meet the short and long-term needs of the business.
- Lead your team to drive Brand awareness and education while providing excellent service.
- Maintain high training standards that enable your team to deliver elevated shopping experiences.
- Drive operational excellence in all aspects of your business, including inventory, cash, and labor management.
- Execute visual merchandising directions that promote the Brand image and ensure a well-managed back of house.
- Drive sales and KPIs for your store while focusing on key strategic priorities.
- Cultivate community within and beyond the store’s four walls through interactions, local engagement, and dynamic support of Brand events.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and local competitors to meet and anticipate customer demands.

- Ensure the highest level of customer service and prioritize brand and product knowledge training.
- Meet and exceed budgeted sales and KPIs while monitoring expenses.
- Develop store strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, increase traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Manage inventory and implement store administration and operations, including compliance with policies and procedures.
- Hire top talent by identifying candidates quickly and maintaining a recruiting network.
- Onboard and train team members to ensure engaged and high-performing teams.
- Ensure the highest level of visual merchandising and standards, executing visual directives and guidelines.
- Drive key initiatives and support programs that enhance the customer journey.
Requirements
- Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals.
- Fantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
- Agility to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the store.
- Experience coordinating and hosting regular in-store and local events.

- Valid State or Federal Identification.

Pay
The salary posted reflects the target for new hire salaries for this role at this specific store location: $90,000.00. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
