About the role

The Store Manager will lead and execute all efforts required to achieve individual store goals. Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll drive sales, operational excellence, and an elevated client experience while embodying Reformation’s brand values.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and monitor sales performance, taking action to improve business performance when needed.
  • Own operational execution of the store to achieve revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.
  • Use business acumen to understand drivers and opportunities, and build solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
  • Drive an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador, educating customers on sustainability and Reformation’s values.
  • Lead the sales floor with a customer-first mindset to build loyal client relationships.
  • Assist customers, monitor team interactions, and provide in-the-moment coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Optimize staffing through effective scheduling to balance sales and service while achieving payroll goals.
  • Deliver and maintain high customer experience NPS scores.
  • Uphold inventory accuracy and controls in-store.
  • Lead and train the team to ensure consistent deliverables, including loss prevention and facility maintenance.
  • Maintain merchandising presentation and concept standards, using retail and product reporting to strategize for customer experience and productivity.
  • Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners.
  • Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards at all times, developing talent in visual and digital merchandising.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of the retail team, enabling career development and an exceptional employee experience.
  • Hire, train, and develop the store team across all areas of the business.
  • Provide performance feedback to drive growth, change, and results.
  • Assess and improve store culture through activations, recognition, and communication.
  • Own reviews, development plans, and disciplinary actions for the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience.
  • Experience working with a sales or operationally intensive business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Self-motivation for continuous personal and team development.
  • Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential.
  • Operational efficiency mindset, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strategic collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve shared business outcomes.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize important work.
  • Keen eye for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
  • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with daily open availability across a full 7-day work week.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Understanding of retail labor laws.
  • GSuite experience is a plus.

Schedule

  • Full-time position, minimum 40 hours per week.

Pay

The wage for this position is $X per year.
