About the role
We are seeking a Retail/Commercial Store Manager responsible for leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store results.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining team members
- Providing professional tire and service recommendations to customers
- Maintaining strong communication within the team and support departments
- Safeguarding inventory, operational standards, and parts ordering
- Overseeing all aspects of P&L including sales, gross margin, and expenses
- Staying current on product lines, sales techniques, and compliance with policies and legal guidelines
- Taking on additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience
- PREFERRED: Tire and auto services or commercial service experience
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., perform physical tasks, and demonstrate strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent

Benefits
