Store Manager - Full Time

About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient and compliant store performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees; ensure proper staffing and adherence to labor laws.
• Supervise daily store opening and closing procedures; maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment.
• Analyze financial statements to identify business trends and control expenses.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and merchandise presentation following company standards.
• Ensure cash handling, security, and safety policies are strictly followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster employee development.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate cash registers.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail; problem-solving capability.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred depending on store location.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
• Use of equipment like scanners, pricing guns, and carts; occasional ladder use.
• Fast-paced environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions at times.
