About the role

You will be responsible for growing sales by running your own Games Workshop retail store and managing a small team. You will engage with all customers, understand what’s important to them, and respond appropriately. You will make all decisions to drive sales in your store at all times, supported by broad guidelines and a variety of support resources. The core challenge is providing a consistently exceptional standard of service to every customer.
