About the role
The Role at Starbucks is a Senior Marketing Manager position in the Marketing Department. This role is responsible for leading marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the retail or fast-casual food industry.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
