About the role

The Role at Starbucks is a Senior Marketing Manager position in the Marketing Department. This role is responsible for leading marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the retail or fast-casual food industry.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
