We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The job description includes General Summary, Duties And Essential Job Functions, Job Qualifications (Knowledge and Skills, Work Experience and/or Education, COMPETENCIES), Working Conditions and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, maybe Benefits? Not present. Pay? Not present. Schedule? Not present. So we include sections where there is real content: About the role (General Summary), Responsibilities (Duties And Essential Job Functions), Requirements (Job Qualifications maybe split into Knowledge and Skills, Work Experience/Education, Competencies). Could combine into Requirements. Also maybe Working Conditions as a section? Could be "Working Conditions". The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose headings that match content. We should not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, About Us, Company Overview, etc. Also remove navigation, legal, etc. So we keep only substantive info: General Summary, Duties, Job Qualifications (Knowledge and Skills, Work Experience/Education, Competencies), Working Conditions and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS. Possibly also "About Us" is boilerplate, remove.

We'll have sections: About the role (General Summary), Responsibilities (Duties), Requirements (maybe combine Knowledge and Skills, Work Experience/Education, Competencies into one Requirements section with subheadings? But instruction says use for section headings; we could have multiple sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Knowledge and Skills), Requirements (Work Experience/Education), Requirements (Competencies), Working Conditions. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine all qualifications into one Requirements section with sub-lists? But we need to use - for any list. Could have nested lists? Probably okay to have one
with all qualification items. But we might lose distinction. However we can keep separate for Knowledge and Skills, Work Experience/Education, Competencies as they are distinct headings from the posting. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if content matches. We have "Knowledge and Skills" which could map to Skills heading. "Work Experience and/or Education" could map to Requirements or Qualifications. "COMPETENCIES" could map to Requirements or Qualifications. To keep few sections, we could have: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (combining Knowledge and Skills, Work Experience/Education, Competencies), Working Conditions.
But we must preserve all substantive information; combining is fine as long as we don't lose detail. We'll just list all items under one under Requirements heading. That preserves all items.
