About the role

The Store Manager Candidate supports store operations by assisting in employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. This role involves participating in recruiting, staging merchandise, managing inventory, ensuring product availability, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. It also includes overseeing cash handling, security, and store financials by reviewing operating statements and ensuring compliance with policies. The position prepares and completes necessary documentation, participates in store opening and closing, and operates the store in the manager's absence.
