Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in executing store operations
• Employee supervision

• Ensuring store security and financial integrity through cash handling, cash register operations, and expense control
• Participating in opening and closing procedures
• Reviewing sales and inventory data to identify business trends
• Completing all required documentation

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of retail practices, inventory, and cash handling procedures
• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is advantageous
