Requirements

• 3 years retail or customer‑service management experience, or 4 + years of U.S. Military service
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment
• Strong leadership ability with a track record of coaching and mentoring team members
• Minimum High School diploma or GED
• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of employment
• Ability to work full‑time (typically exceeding 40 hours per week) with variable schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
