Store Manager - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Springfield Town Center

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Pay

Base pay range: $20.67 – $30.00 per hour, plus commission on sales. Final pay rate is determined based on experience and qualifications.
