About the role

Allied Automotive Group has expanded to over 50 locations and is looking for a committed individual to join our service center management team. This role involves managing the daily operation of the retail location to ensure an excellent experience for our customers, supervising and training team members, ensuring operational efficiency, tracking goals, reviewing trends, and resolving guest concerns.

Requirements

• Strong leadership ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is a plus
