Store Manager
Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations from front desk service to vehicle hand-offs, keeping everything moving efficiently and on schedule.
- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Build a positive, driven culture that celebrates wins and tackles challenges together.
- Track KPIs, set ambitious goals, and continuously refine processes to hit (and exceed) targets.
- Make every customer’s day with stellar service, quick resolutions, and genuine care.
- Partner with fleet, service, and logistics teams to keep vehicles available, clean, and road-ready.
- Maintain company standards, policies, and safety protocols—because smooth operations start with doing things right.
- Spot opportunities for improvement and bring fresh ideas to keep the store running better every day.
- Act as the designated representative of the store and primary point of contact for all operational, regulatory, and compliance-related matters. Coordinate with and, when appropriate, submit documentation to code enforcement agencies, law enforcement, government authorities, or other regulatory bodies, including providing identifying information and supporting documentation required to resolve business-related matters.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred, but not required (equivalent experience also considered).
- 3+ years of store or operations management experience (retail, rental, or automotive industry a plus).
- Proven track record of leading teams, meeting performance goals, and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience with inventory, logistics, or fleet management systems is a strong bonus.
- Data-driven decision-making and KPI management.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM, or scheduling systems.
- Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Work Environment
Typical work environment includes desktop computing work using typical desktop computing equipment (laptop, keyboard, mouse, monitors, desk, chair) in an office environment and/or remote workspace environment.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit and use typical desktop computing workspace equipment - e.g. mouse, keyboard, monitor, phone - for extended periods of time.
- Manual dexterity to operate a typical desktop computing workstation.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, using virtual meeting and communication tools such as email, Google Meet, and Slack.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds, if required.

Salary
$68,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
