Store Manager

About the Role

The Store Manager oversees all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. They recruit, select, and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure store compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The manager evaluates financial and operational performance, manages inventory levels, and maintains a safe, clean, and organized environment. They handle cash procedures, security, and safety protocols while ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, they open and close the store as needed and utilize reporting tools to monitor business trends.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Management experience in retail (a plus).

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
• Occasional climbing and exposure to outside weather conditions.
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.
• Must be able to provide own transportation for store duties.
