Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software
• Manage inventory through regular markdowns, merchandising, and ensuring optimal pricing to maximize profitability
• Maintain inventory rotation and stock levels
• Maintain Visual Merchandising throughout the store
• Operational Efficiency
• Staff Management
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met and building positive customer relationships

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Retail operations knowledge and experience (1-3 years)
