Store Manager
We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated leader to join our team as the general manager at our store. You will hire and lead a team of 20-25 people, maintain a neat and organized store, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Hire and lead a team of 20-25 employees
- Maintain store organization and appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assess customers' interests and needs
- Create and implement improvement ideas
- Produce amazing social media content
- Work 35 hours of sales floor support per week plus 5-10 hours of remote admin work
Requirements
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current teen and young adult trends and brands
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Positive energy and a desire to grow with the company
- Must work one weeknight per week and one weekend per month for the first year
