About the role
Our Store Managers are integral to the success of our company. As a Store Manager, you develop and motivate effective teams that engage our customers and strengthen business results. You take ownership of your team and work to create a culture of trust and accountability while aligning with the company’s values and sharing our vision and mission.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team through recruiting, training, development, and coaching.
- Maintain high training standards to deliver personalized shopping experiences and promote brand loyalty.
- Manage store operations, including inventory, cash, and labor, while adapting to business needs to increase sales and meet revenue goals.
- Execute visual merchandising directions and maintain store standards that promote brand image.
- Motivate and develop team members to meet short- and long-term business needs.
- Stay aware of industry trends and local competitors to anticipate customer demands.
- Implement store administration and operations in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Partner with corporate stakeholders to manage inventory and meet market needs.
- Maintain a recruiting network to build your store team.

Requirements
- Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the company’s vision and mission.
- Proven leadership skills in a customer-facing environment.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing costs for a store of comparable size and seasonality.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate people, resources, and services.
- Flexibility in schedule and hours to meet business needs, including travel when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver’s license.
