Store Manager

You will play an important role in our store leadership, inspiring your team to work together to achieve our goals, create an environment of aloha fun, and exceed guest expectations—taking them someplace great. Share knowledge on the latest designs and provide guests with world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by leading through motivation, supporting the brand’s direction, and communicating the goal of providing an exceptional lifestyle experience for both internal and external guests.
• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspects of store operations; set the tone to consistently role-model key sales and service behaviors with every team member to create an optimal guest purchase experience.
• Cultivate a culture of selling by achieving sales plans through efficient planning, execution, business analysis, and streamlining store processes to drive profitability.
• Create an environment of open dialogue and learning to coach and assist with career development strategies, building bench strength for Retail Team Members and promoting internal career growth starting with thoughtful hiring and clear performance expectations.
• Use entrepreneurial spirit to proactively seek out marketing opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and store exposure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• 3+ years of management team supervision experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and take initiative in making merchandising and presentation adjustments.
• College Degree in Business or a related field.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
• Climbing ladders occasionally.
• Routine standing for the duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including experience, knowledge, skillset, work location, and available budget. Rate Range: $60,000 to $95,000/year.
