Role Overview: The Manager is responsible for the growth, profitability, and culture preservation of their location, leading the team to deliver excellent customer service and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach team members, providing regular feedback and fostering development.Oversee daily operations, including maintaining wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.Manage inventory, equipment, and cash handling with accuracy.Develop schedules aligned with staffing needs and operational efficiency.Facilitate team bonding, conduct meetings, and implement directives from upper management.Ensure compliance with health standards and develop future leaders.Address operational and cultural issues proactively, implementing solutions during busy periods. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership abilities in fast-paced environments with 40+ team members.Excellent interpersonal skills to create uplifting interactions.Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and lift up to 50lbs.Proficiency in operating equipment, managing multiple projects, and adapting to stressful situations.Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
