About the role
The Store Manager oversees daily retail store operations, ensuring sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales KPIs such as volume, margin, and closing ratio.
- Address escalated customer issues and provide exceptional leadership to sales, guest experience, and visual teams.
- Coach staff to promote individual and team success, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain proper staffing levels.
- Audit employee performance, handle administrative tasks, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate staff meetings, work with visual presentation, and communicate policy changes.
- Maintain budgets, document procedures, and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma required.
- Over 2 years in retail, with 4+ years supervising staff.
- Strong motivational, communication, and guest concern resolution skills.
- Ability to interview and staff retail locations effectively.
