Implement strategies to drive sales and profitability while controlling costs.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as internal audits and policies.
Delegate responsibilities equitably to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout the store.
Merchandising and Sales
Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Oversee merchandising efforts, including product placement, promotions, and inventory management.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
Community Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations within the local community, participating in and supporting community events and initiatives.
Promote the store's community engagement programs and encourage team participation.
Customer Service Excellence
Create and maintain a culture of best-in-class customer service, promoting a positive environment for both internal and external customers.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Implement strategies to continuously improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field or equivalent years of work experience.
Minimum of 5 years in retail management, with a strong understanding of all store operations.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, inspiring and guiding teams to achieve goals.
Knowledge of safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
High level of customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Effective organizational, time management, and delegation skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
