Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Starbucks General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in South Florida. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Lead, hire, train, and develop team members
• Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs
• Drive sales, productivity, and operational excellence
• Maintain a positive, team-focused work environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience (5+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Financial and operational knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
