What You Will Do
- Oversight of inventory receipt, stockroom organization, and sales floor setup prior to grand opening.
- Implementation and training of the store team on POS systems, reporting tools, and operational procedures ahead of store launch.
- Cohesion of impactful grand opening events and community engagement initiatives to build local brand affinity.
- Maintenance of post-opening performance and stabilization of operations to ensure a successful transition from launch to long-term operational success.
- Serving as a brand ambassador for Rifle Paper Co., bringing our products, story, and values to life for both customers and team members.
- Delivery of a best-in-class customer experience through strong service standards, team engagement, and personalized customer interactions.
- Leadership of the team in building authentic customer relationships that strengthen loyalty and connection to the brand.
- Analysis of sales trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Partnership with internal teams to share customer insights, trends, and operational feedback.
- Development and execution of local, brand-right initiatives that increase traffic and customer engagement.
- Maintenance of exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned with brand guidelines.
- Communication of company initiatives, promotions, and product launches effectively to the team.
- Ensuring store cleanliness, organization, and presentation consistently meet company expectations.
- Management of inventory levels, replenishment, and stock organization while acting as a liaison between the store and Warehouse and Planning teams.
- Hiring, training, and developing store team members while fostering a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
- Overseeing payroll, labor scheduling, and store financial performance to support productivity and profitability goals.
- Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development planning aligned with company values.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Performing additional duties as needed to support business and organizational objectives.
