Role Overview

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the growth, profitable operations, and maintaining the culture, mission, and values of the location. They lead and coach the team, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in all operational duties, including training staff, managing wait times, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining inventory and equipment.
• Create weekly schedules, monitor cash handling, and facilitate team development through meetings and events.
• Delegate tasks, ensure health requirements are met, and develop new leaders.
• Address operational issues, implement solutions, and maintain communication with upper management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Ability to work quickly and safely with hot water, dairy, and glass bottles.
• Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing comfortably for extended periods.
• Must be adaptable, able to manage multiple projects, and resolve issues under pressure.
• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments is essential.
