Store Manager

The Store Manager oversees all retail store operations, focusing on delivering quality service and a memorable customer experience. Key responsibilities include leading staff, coaching, managing cash and expenses, controlling inventory, preventing losses, ensuring safety, and maintaining store appearance. They drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs such as customer satisfaction, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. The role involves managing daily store activities like opening/closing, work orders, customer service, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling. The manager ensures technicians are properly trained and certified (e.g., SafeTech™), promotes vehicle and equipment maintenance, addresses customer complaints promptly, and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for those with 5-7 years of leadership experience, retail or service background, and automotive knowledge. Strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential. Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods.
