Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, cleanliness, safety, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with all Subway brand standards, policies, and operating procedures.
- Maintain product quality by adhering to shelf-life requirements, product rotation schedules, temperature controls, and food preparation specifications.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Support and execute local and national marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or food service leadership experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience managing food and labor costs, budgeting, and profitability.
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational reporting.
- Available for on-call coverage.
- PREFERRED: Experience managing a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment. Subway management experience is a plus. ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety certification.
