About the role

Join the Bold Side of Retail! Store Manager - Scottsdale Fashion Square (on-site). Psycho Bunny is a rebellious, refined clothing brand known for premium quality, vibrant style, and its unmistakable logo, with over 200 points of sale worldwide. The Store Manager reports to the District Store Manager, strategically manages and promotes sales culture to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control, while guaranteeing a consistently high customer experience per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and People Management: Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming differences, establishing a store vision based on key metrics, and cascading it to all team members.
• Working With Others: Build supportive, productive relationships focusing on personal and professional development, encouraging collaboration for optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Guest Experience: Build a delighted and loyal customer base through clienteling—analyzing customer profiles, buying trends, competitive information; coach team members; assess guest needs; provide technical product education; support in‑store transactions and omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship‑from‑store).
• Operations: Ensure execution of visual directives, maintain visual presentation to meet/exceed brand standards; conduct quarterly and annual strategic and budget planning; manage the full store P&L in line with sales goals and budget; comply with all policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer‑focused selling culture.

Pay

Base pay: $64,500 – $73,500 per year. Total pay with bonus: $77,100 – $86,100 per year.

Schedule

Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
