• Work with owners to hit store performance metrics and share in the profits

Requirements

• Prior management experience (retail preferred, but not required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Comfortable with numbers (training provided on margin goals, cost of goods, etc.)
• Able to stand for long periods and safely lift 50 lbs without assistance
