Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of your home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety)

Work Environment

• Counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors
• Workspace is restricted; employees generally stand for long periods
• Must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment (including Chinese cook knives), and work quickly without losing accuracy
• Must lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across 36-inch countertops
• Kitchens are hot with high noise levels; storage space is limited with high shelving
• Fast-paced environment requiring effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management skills

Pay

$29.50 – $32.50 per hour. Within this range, individual pay is determined using factors such as work location and experience. Bonus opportunities are available but not guaranteed.
