Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager, you are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week store leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations
• Hire, manage, and direct associates
• Achieve financial goals
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain food safety standards (Serve Safe certified)

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across countertops
• Work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy environment with high shelves and limited storage
• Effective verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Manage conflicts and difficult situations in a dynamic environment

Pay

Pay Range: $32.50 per hour – $35.50 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using factors such as work location and experience.
