About the role
Our large format store at Sylvia Park is on the search for an experienced Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Leading an epic team of 30+ retail staff
- Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results
- Meting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%
- Come up with initiatives to improve performance
- Collaborating with our Regional Managers, Merchandisers and Head Office staff to continually increase store turnover
Requirements
- 3+ years Retail Management experience in a large format store
- Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse range of staff
- A mature approach to work and performance
- Forward thinking, dynamic attitude – able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results
- A friendly, approachable persona
- Passion for fashion, retail and the brands we stock

Schedule
You will be working Tuesday to Saturday approximately 43 hours per week.
