STORE MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures operations follow local codes & established LINE-X procedures
- Thorough understanding of all LINE-X products and services
- Supervises completion of all daily tasks
- Trains and manages sales and technical installation teams
- Maintains quality control in all phases of operation
- Arranges maintenance of shop and equipment as necessary
- Performs financial functions as required
- P Practices superior customer service
- Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
- Helps develop marketing promotions and strategies as required
- Performs any other job function as necessary to ensure the business is running in a profitable and efficient manner
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience

Pay and Benefits
Pay is negotiable based on experience and other factors. MOST IMPORTANTLY, this is not a sit-down at a desk position. You will be expected to take an active role in selling and promoting the various brands we offer. Take an active role to help shop more things along. Pull in and out trucks, help prepare trucks and install accessories whenever needed, overbooked or shorthanded. Hands-on position when there is a need.
