About the role
We're looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Greene Street flagship in New York. This is more than running a store—it's about creating an environment where our people thrive, our customers connect with the brand, and commercial results follow. As Store Manager, you'll lead by example, building a high-performing team that delivers an elevated customer experience while driving sales, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll take ownership of your store's performance, lead from the front, and play a key role in the continued growth of Ksubi Retail in the US.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial results.
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and KPI achievement through strong commercial leadership.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and performance reporting to identify opportunities and partner with Head Office on action plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top retail talent.
- Manage rostering, wage budgets, productivity, and daily store operations.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the Ksubi brand and deliver an elevated in-store experience.
- Maintain excellence across inventory management, stock accuracy, loss prevention, and operational compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience leading a retail team, ideally within fashion or premium retail.
- A genuine passion for the Ksubi brand and contemporary fashion.
- Proven experience leading and developing successful retail teams.
- A strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets and commercial objectives.
- Confidence coaching, mentoring, and holding teams accountable for performance.
- Strong operational capability across rostering, wage management, inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Full US working rights.
